酒店位置好，環境華。大堂裏面就能看到邛海邊，銀鱗沙灘就在酒店裡麪，小朋友玩水撈魚都非常方便。早餐可以在室外，晚餐草坪上有燒烤和西餐，感覺非常舒服和愜意！

這次在西昌邛海灣柏樾酒店住得很舒服，單説設施和環境和服務，確實讓人印象不錯。酒店的位置本身就佔了優勢，離邛海很近，推開房間的陽台門，就能看到大片的湖水和遠處的山，早上拉開窗簾，陽光灑在水面上，那種開闊感特別治癒。庭院裏的綠化做得很用心，不是那種刻意堆砌的精緻，而是草木自然生長的樣子，散步的時候能聞到淡淡的花香，很放鬆。房間裏的設施看得出來是花了心思的，不是那種華而不實的設計。床品很舒服，枕頭的軟硬度剛好，睡了一晚沒覺得累。衞生間乾濕分離做得徹底，熱水來得快，水温也穩定，洗漱用品的味道很清新，用着順手。房間裏的空調製冷很給力，而且運行時聲音很小，不會影響休息。公共區域也挺讓人滿意的，大堂寬敞明亮，沙發坐着很舒服，等候或者小坐都很合適。餐廳的環境乾淨整潔，桌椅間距適中，不會覺得擁擠，用餐時心情也會好很多。整體來説，這裏的設施沒有什麼花哨的噱頭，但每一樣都讓人覺得實用、貼心，酒店服務也很貼心，送物及時，加上週邊的自然環境加持，住起來很自在，像在自家附近度假一樣放鬆，還會二次入住的酒店。

這次選擇西昌柏樾酒店，最讓我驚喜的是它的環境，傍晚時分坐在陽台吹吹風，能聽見遠處隱約的蟲鳴，完全避開了市區的嘈雜。讓人一進門就覺得放鬆。房間裏的細節也很舒服，床品柔軟，窗簾遮光性好，連浴室的熱水都來得又快又穩，住得格外踏實。服務方面更是沒得挑。從下車開始，禮賓就主動接過行李。前台小姐姐很熱情的幫我們辦理入住，晚上還送了安神飲品，讓人覺得格外貼心。最讓我覺得貼心的是細節設計。走廊裏的地毯很厚，走路幾乎聽不到聲音，晚上回房時不會打擾到其他人，連客房裡的一次性用品都很實在，牙刷毛不硬，沐浴露和洗髮水的香味清淡，洗後不會有假滑感，用完甚至想問問是什麼牌子的。住下來發現，這裏的設施沒有追求“高大上”的噱頭，卻把住客的實際需求考慮得很周全——無論是保證睡眠的床品，還是維護得當的公共器械，都讓人覺得住得順手又安心。這種紮實的設施配置，比很多花裏胡哨的設計更能打動人，無論是出差還是旅行，這樣的住宿體驗都足夠讓人滿意，下次來西昌肯定還會選這裏。
