住宿條件一般，我們六點鐘才到都還沒有收拾出來，就在大石板村，這一片都是民宿，離邛海也比較近，比較方便。

房間不大，裝修比較簡陋。
洗手間有味道，感覺通風不好。
停車不太方便，是工作人員騎車帶我們去停的。
總體來説不值這個價格。

網上的圖片很漂亮，實際上：房間的門簾窗簾都很臟，衞生間沒有門，噪音和氣味直接飄到卧室裏，緞面的被子華麗而冰冷，半夜還停電了，陽台的凳子一抹一手灰，接待的小夥子態度很好。

設施：房間裝修風格還可以，就是在一樓有點潮，而且廁所有點反味，衞浴設施老舊建議更換，不然挺影響入住體驗的

環境：環境還不錯，綠植很多，還有個很大的游泳池，站在高處能遠眺邛海，離靈鷹寺很近
服務：還行，比較熱情
