這是我們住過最糟糕的酒店，這應該不能叫酒店，應該屬於招待所吧！“金鳳凰”這麼美的名字被這酒店用了簡直是可惜了！在攜程看了很多酒店，看到平時賣168的初六晚竟然賣1206、可能在西昌這個價格住這麼糟糕的很多吧！這種風氣太糟糕.了.真以為人們冬天離了西昌就沒地方去.永遠不會再西昌。

很搞笑的事情，明明網上訂好了，提前一天也給前台打電話了，因為操作失誤，當時多訂了一個房間還給平台打個電話，也給前台打個電話協商退了一間，那個時候前台已經確認，訂單是能夠看見的。但是我們入住的時候前台死活説沒有訂單。飛説讓我們自己在網上退了，在他現場充電，我説不可能，然後找了很久折騰了，差不多有四十多分鐘才説找到訂單了。説實話，酒店確實是有點老舊了，房價還很大，但是這個服務真的是不敢恭維。
