看見評論，我知道設施很陳舊，但是萬萬沒想到是用不了的程度——廁所除了朦朧的燈，勉強可以照亮，其餘什麼換氣都是壞的，甚至連噴頭都是壞的！！！不過修理及時。
這就不説了，説一下服務，我一開始還納悶為什麼早上7點就可以入住（我應該是中午12點左右去的），原來一大早7點半左右就開始播放廣播體操，8點左右就開始唱歌，你可以想象一下，不愧是老年公寓，生活方式很健康，好在我睡眠好，不影響，這就不説了。
為什麼我給酒店服務打最低分！一説這個就來氣，住這麼多次酒店，有一回遇見敲門幾聲之後，啥也不説，也不經過允許，就直接刷卡進房間的保潔阿姨。不是？？？！！！有🧊吧？你打掃這麼積極是有什麼獎勵嘛？但是能不能注意一下客人的私隱和需求，我要你進來打掃了嘛？他們練操唱歌都沒把我驚醒，你厲害，敲門以後就直接刷卡進來，我一開始還以為是隔壁的門被敲了呢，正想着冒出一個頭，你還好意思問要不要打掃，打掃個p，我真的服了，一點常識和禮貌都沒有？你敲門不會問啊，需不需要，需要再進來，這樣我都不至於這麼生氣。還有，9點就來敲門打掃房間，你是新來的嘛？不知道幾點退房？你着急什麼啊你，真的是有大🧊
這是我住酒店以來第一次主動評論，真的太太太差了！！！想來住的，自己看着辦！

房間一般吧，老酒店了，不過公交方便，附近就是漁村，可以坐1路去建昌古城，南壇菜市場，往四公里半走可以坐106去邛海，離釣魚台2公里左右，早上開車去看日出方便，推薦漁村附近的米線

地理位置還不錯，乘坐公交比較方便，房間衞生還可以吧。前台一直有人，處理問題比較及時，但是房間比較小，設施確實比較老舊，應該是老年公寓閑置的房間。
