衞生：衞生差勁，入住時候沙發後還有用過的紙巾，地板灰很多！
環境：在邛海邊，自然離市區就比較遠，晚上外賣不方便，沒幾家好吃的。
服務：服務一般，早上九點説的打掃衞生，中午回來還沒打掃，結果兩點的時候按門鈴説要打掃，這個時候正在睡午覺，真的很生氣。
設施：不行，雖然説是剛開沒多久，但是牆皮都起了一些，特別是地板太差了，靠近廁所那裡的地板，人一踩放燒水壺的桌子就搖晃、響。房間有浴缸，形同擺設，塞子壞的，沒辦法塞緊，浴缸就沒辦法蓄水。
總體評價，想看邛海，去瀘山方便，吃飯不方便！交通費貴，完全可以住在市區，坐公交去邛海，因為市區很小的。設施太差，不推薦！

第二天換了海景大床房，房間非常大，佈局很不錯。但是地板有點掉分，很多舊漬弄不掉。一開窗就能看到邛海。酒店貼心的服務建議跟上，可以學學現在其他商務酒店，前台配一些防曬噴霧，耳塞這些。
