服務和硬件設施都挺不錯的，一家酒店最開始預訂的時候是看這家酒店比較新，還在市中心。入住之後體驗感也挺好的，人家如意提前給我們打了電話，分配了相鄰的房間，方便一家人的出行。客房的設備設施都非常的有品質，衞生間也是智能馬桶和蹲廁的雙衞設計，很細節。

一家人出行選了西昌這家市中心的酒店，離高鐵站挺近的，附近有個景點，建昌古城夜景很漂亮。早餐挺豐富的，是自助餐品類挺多的，適合帶家人，小朋友來這邊度假。房間硬件設備設施選品都挺好的，很有質感，性價比可以説非常高了，下次來西昌還會住這裏。

春節前後來西昌旅遊入住鉑斯特酒店，管家如意提前就給我們打了電話，分配了比較安靜的房間入住，挺滿意的。客房空間挺大的，床品，地毯，衞生都挺好的，房間的窗户也比較大，衞生間也是智能馬桶和蹲廁的雙衞設計，也有毛巾架，非常用心的一家酒店，下次出遊還會選擇這裏

來西昌旅遊，選了這家市中心酒店。入住挺滿意的，管家如意提前就聯繫了我，幫我們分配了樓層高的視野，好的看夜景，漂亮的房間，落地窗也挺大的，客房衞生硬件設備設施都挺不錯的，房間有智能的語音助手小度，可以讓他幫忙關窗簾開電視。性價比很高

早餐廳在17樓，健身房也在這裏，器械挺全的，在早餐廳用餐，可以看到邛海景觀很美，早一點起來的話也能看見太陽從地平網上升起。非常不錯的一次入住體驗，房間很乾凈，管家服務很熱情，客房大姐非常的親切。下次還會選擇入住鉑斯特酒店。
