酒店位於唐園內。設施都是很好。
酒店前台服務主動，添加微信並引導停車。對於各項要求也能及時迴應並滿足。離店時候的小禮品也深得我心。
唯一不舒服的是，空調設定在自動模式，然後晚上每隔半小時左右就啟動一次排風，影響了睡覺。

非常驚艷的一次入住。先後住了庭院房和露台房，各有特色都非常喜歡。服務員非常細心體貼，都很優秀。我們帶小朋友其實是很麻煩的，他們不厭其煩給我們送這送那，還有小禮物，感動！整個衞生狀況非常好，古色古香的榫卯結構建築也讓人眼前一亮。絕對是入住西昌的首選酒店。

我覺得這裡是西昌酒店的天花板了。我反覆在小🍠上比較各酒店，最終選擇了這裏。酒店管家提前加了我微信，給我發了詳細路線圖。我們到的時候也來迎接了。這點我感覺非常好。我們是一家四口出行，選擇的套房。樓上樓下，空間很大。晚上我們還在房裡小小切磋了下麻將。環境非常舒適，果然貴有貴的道理。家人都對我的選擇表示滿意。服務也很棒。我唯一不太喜歡的是早餐是配餐，看似很豐富，但都不是我喜歡吃的。這是我唯一不太滿意的。如果是自助餐的話我覺得這裏就很完美了，無可挑剔。總體來説，這裏還是很值得。親子套房首選。

住在清風庭院房，正對湖邊，房間帶獨門小院，房屋內飾床上用品洗漱用品都比較舒適，前台服務人員態度非常棒，適合這麼好的天氣曬太陽，還會再來。
