The front desk proactively upgraded our room based on availability. The room was fully equipped with floor heating, an electric blanket, and an oxygen concentrator (available for a separate fee). It was very thoughtful. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. I was particularly impressed by the comfortable sofa in the room.

Pros: The front desk service was quite good. Upon check-in, you were given a cup of hot rhodiola rosea water, and even if you had a lot of luggage, they would help you get to the elevator. The room also had a wooden foot bath tub with ******* medicine bags, which you could pour out and add to water for a foot bath, perfect for after a hike.
Cons: The foot bath tub only had one disposable bag, so two people had to share. The bathroom was extremely small, making it difficult to use and shower, and the door was broken and wouldn't close properly. The heating wasn't very strong, and the quilt was a bit thin, so it was a bit cold even in August.
