酒店前台私自幫人刷卡要開我房間門，並且一句道歉沒有。酒店未致電我房間電話也沒有打我留給前台的手機號跟我核實，就私自帶着一位男士一位女士刷我房門，在我問責後態度惡劣説對方説是我朋友，並看了訂單顯示這位女士的房間也是我下單的才這樣做。但事實上我衹和一位女士同住酒店，去前台要求開我門的是男士。想體驗睡到早晨被人在外面刷卡開門並且還要被前台懟一頓就選擇這家酒店。

隔音不好，一整晚不是水聲就是走廊的敲門聲講話聲，房間還可以 衞生間沒有掛毛巾的地方，也沒有幫我把行李提上去，還有就是停車不是很方便 要步行30米左右，停門口得自費
