2. There are too few breakfast categories, except for freshly cooked pasta, there are almost no other choices. It is recommended to rich fruit, boxed yogurt, bread ham, etc. (synchronous knife and fork tableware)
3. The breakfast floor is too oily and sticky, and the floor cleaning is not in place.
4. The service of the waiter needs to be improved. The hotel waiter should smile and say hello when he sees the guests, rather than meet and walk through without expression.
5. Check out the front desk to pick up the card should keep smiling and pick up the card with both hands, but it is not actually done.

AAnonymous User講真，佔地這麼大的酒店，我一般都會覺得房間也應該偏大一點。僅代表個人觀感，覺得一進房間的瞬間有點壓抑，或許是會議培訓類酒店佈局考慮，需要數量吧！吧枱和衣帽區太緊湊了，不習慣。床偏硬，也是緊湊的。落地窗不錯，尤其看山那邊是美的。洗護用品目前感覺還不錯。遊樂設施有，但衞生服務還有待加強，可能暑假熊孩子偏多吧！離觀音湖和雙峯山不遠，吃飯建議去孝昌縣城，選擇多一些，小鄂西和漁耕記開車二十來分鐘吧！
