酒店大廳和樓道燈光比較暗，前台服務熱情周到，袁經理很貼心，看我一個人，安排免費給升級了一個落地大窗的大床房，房間很温馨，乾淨衞生，床特別舒服，值得入住。

客房服務真的是讓人很無語，房間乾燥的要死第二天孩子起來説她難受不舒服，衹能續住了問前台拿加濕器也沒有，然後我們自己出去買了一個，出門給説房間打掃一下，回來發現浴巾堆成一推在地上扔着，該換的也沒有換，服務員來了直接説你們是續住我們不換，給我反覆強調續住不換，我們他媽續住沒付錢是怎麼，浴袍都濕了你不換？不換你掛起來啊，服務員直接好了給你拿一個，最後拿過來的還是一個污染的，我就想問酒店住你們酒店是不是得求着你們？？？
