和家人入住天鵝湖度假酒店，感覺很好，酒店在小鎮裏面遊玩很方便。環境優美，房間感覺整潔，設施設備齊全，小朋友很喜歡庭院式的風格。特別是前廳小芳和小紅，細緻耐心，服務很好👍。下次有機會還會攜帶家人朋友一起過來玩。

超級點贊👍這次沔陽小鎮之行是我在天鵝湖度假酒店體驗到了6星級的服務！我預訂的是星空親子房，登記時前台服務員看到了我帶着90歲歲老父親，直接給我升級成了庭院親子房，還用電瓶車送我們去特技表演場。服務周到細緻入微 。老爺子是戲迷，花鼓戲演員特意為老爺子加演花曲目。特別要感謝的是：我的無人機失控摔到酒店屋頂上，酒店經理和杜師傅搭梯子系安全帶冒着生命危險幫我把無人機從屋頂取回！特別感謝！
