訂了兩晚，房間陰冷的受不了，打開空調出門去了，然後回來還是陰冷的，窗户灌風，並且有麻將桌，煙味很重。並未入住，讓前台給我辦理退掉，不給我退，衹退一晚。大半夜還要出去找住的地方。 我走了之後才給我退按金。
並且説沒發給老闆交差所以不給我退。
