有史以來住過最差的酒店！！！嚴重避雷，千萬別來！！！五星酒店的價格，完全沒有服務可言，前台服務人員態度惡劣，溝通愛答不理，翻白眼，遇到問題不解決，在酒店前台足足浪費一個小時。投訴後酒店不承認自己的惡劣行為，馬上換了一副嘴臉。最後還是攜程平台協調處理。為了不影響行程，將就住了一晚。酒店配套非常差，餐廳都是預製菜，衞生很差，餐廳服務也很差、帶着寶寶吃飯，餐椅都得自己去門口搬。房間設施也很舊，沒有圖片中的效果，牙膏、沐浴露、肥皂等日用品都很廉價，與酒店價格嚴重不符。

本來訂了兩天的房，住下來以後就不想換了，哈哈哈，主要是前台的服務人員態度都很好，熱情大方，餐廳的小姐姐們接待也很熱情！房間設計合理，客房服務及時，雙號房晚上還可以了看到對面奇幻谷的煙花。來的當天幫我們拿行李，入住一切順利，還幫我推我遺忘在房間門口的孩子（放嬰兒車裡去開門，忘記了孩子）從酒店一樓來奇趣童年樂園躺平式帶娃，二樓有寶寶休息區，裏面很多沙袋，還有寶寶睡的小床，被子，枕頭都有！
