房間佈局不錯，有個大大的客廳，床品也很舒服，離奇幻谷和湯泉都很近。
親子房都在兩頭，離電梯有點遠。
入住時的前台小姐姐挺好的，後面去問停車費問題，那個男生態度太差了。
免費贈飲除了礦泉水還有雪碧、可樂、橙汁，開心。
早餐一般。

進入酒店就看到大大的魚缸，五彩繽紛的魚兒，讓孩子很興奮的沖了過去，房間環境也不錯，能在房間看到整個園區的景色。到店辦理入住時，前台工作人員劉瀟服務態度很好，工作流程操作熟練，大大縮短了辦事時間，人美心善，還為我們免費升級了房間，真是太好了！

這次來華僑城遊玩，專門訂了雲海酒店，酒店環境很優雅，海洋主題，房間配套設施齊全，配有小冰箱，床頭自帶無線充電器，大大的沙發，浴室乾淨又衞生，乾濕分離，智能馬桶，侯瑜，孫靜，然然小姐姐詳細介紹了附近園區，周丹，侯瑜阿姨服務很熱情，衞生打掃很乾凈，洗漱用品補充的很充足，水，小童牙刷，拖鞋小朋友很高興點贊，下次還會入住。

入住時前台人員給我們升级房型，小朋友很喜歡。泡温泉时服務人員很熱情回覆，使我們的問題迅速解决，服務態度很好。 唯一可惜的是戶外是雨夾雪的天氣，奇幻谷的戶外設施不方面使用。
