温泉家人都超喜歡，尤其喜歡室外温泉，床有點硬，前台服務小姐姐非常温柔，我們訂的家庭酒景套餐，含三人早餐，早上孩子昨晚玩温泉太累早上起不來，我和老公跟餐廳工作人員説給娃打包一份，她不同意，這點有點不人性化，我之前去住的五星級酒店都可以給客人打包。其他體驗都還不錯。

酒店真的很棒、很推薦，前台家人跟客房工作人員熱情、禮貌、服務周到，響應迅速。入住當天中午提前到店，酒店前台根據需求幫助升級房型，房間內乾淨整潔，陽台可看奇幻谷全景，晚上需要充電器客房夜班及時送到，次日退房也給免費延時到下午2點，很贊[強]！酒店環境很好，泡湯、汗蒸、電影、電競等，適合孩子們玩的項目有很多，極力推薦！
