The worst check-in experience this year, bar none! When you enter the guest room area, there is a musty smell including the room, and the facilities are also old! I've stayed here for 4 days and haven't heard a word of hello or welcome. There are only two waiters who are decent, and the others are like you owe them millions. Or is it because the boss didn't pay them wages? In short, there is no smiling face, and everyone is as hateful as the sea! They basically ignore people.
