房間很小，設施破舊，唯一一張凳子搖搖晃晃不敢坐，電水壺開關是壞的，水池龍頭也會轉動，最不喜歡的是淋浴間緊靠馬桶，洗澡而打濕馬桶蓋，而且且沒有配條地巾，使地滑，不安全。服務員態度熱情有問必答，停車方便，離古城牆及北街很近，享受到襄陽古城的夜景與美食。

酒店位於古城景區內，方便外地人來旅遊，吃飯方便，服務熱情。惟房間裏的淋浴龍頭壞了，沒有維修；床上被褥太薄，空調温度固定，不能調節，有點遺憾。
