位置裏襄陽古城很近，房間乾淨衞生，早餐豐富可口，有洗衣房，有停車位。附近有美食街，便利店，零食店，葯店等等，很方便。
附近有學校和居民樓，開車儘量避開人流高峯期出行。

酒店就在王府旁邊，路口處就是王府麪館，味道很好，就是去城牆步行街那邊要走一二十分鐘，有點累，房間衞生設施都很好，總枱小姐姐們個個熱情飽滿周到。

房間中規中矩，服務人員態度非常熱情周到，離許多景點都很近，一般走路就可以到很方便的，雖然城市不大，人文非常好，小城不大，步履緩緩，但每一條街巷都藏着故事，漫步其間別有風味。樓下有個菜市場門口有車輛路過，有點吵。

這是我住過的漢庭酒店最差的一個。首先，室內仍有甲酫味，開窗也不能散去。二是入住時，明義上説給房間升級，結果把高級雙床房升為一大床+一小床後，室內窗子甚小，空間很狹窄，很黑暗，有壓抑感，還不如普通的標準間。晚上回來有些累了，就沒有再找前台理論。總之，以前對漢庭的美好印象盪然無存，似有上當之感。
