襄陽空港酒店整體體驗很不錯！房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住起來很舒適。位置也很方便，交通便利，周邊配套完善。服務態度很好，員工熱情周到。不過，如果早餐種類能再豐富一些，比如增加些地方特色小吃，就更完美了。另外，酒店的隔音效果還可以再優化一下。總體來説，瑕不掩瑜，下次還會選擇這裏！

房間硬件不錯，餐廳和前台服務有待提升。酒店早餐截止9點，結束時間較早。購買了雙早，孩子起不來早餐，看到有飯盒，希望餐廳打包一碗麪條，被餐廳拒絕，要求必須到餐廳食用。溝通前台，也是一樣結果，不能打包，多買的早餐也不退。
酒店寧可佔客人多買早餐的便宜，寧可富餘早餐，也不能方便客人。

服務比較周到，基本上跟前台反映過的東西都會在約定時間內送到，衞生乾淨，床上用品舒服整潔，環境十分方便，還有配套餐飲。
