房間硬件不錯，餐廳和前台服務有待提升。酒店早餐截止9點，結束時間較早。購買了雙早，孩子起不來早餐，看到有飯盒，希望餐廳打包一碗麪條，被餐廳拒絕，要求必須到餐廳食用。溝通前台，也是一樣結果，不能打包，多買的早餐也不退。
酒店寧可佔客人多買早餐的便宜，寧可富餘早餐，也不能方便客人。

服務比較周到，基本上跟前台反映過的東西都會在約定時間內送到，衞生乾淨，床上用品舒服整潔，環境十分方便，還有配套餐飲。

踏入酒店大廳的瞬間，我就被深深吸引了。挑高的天花板搭配華麗水晶吊燈，光線傾灑，滿室生輝。接待台設計簡約又大氣，工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住迅速流暢。大廳休息區擺放着柔軟的沙發，旁邊綠植環繞，營造出愜意又放鬆的氛圍，讓人一進門就彷彿卸下了旅途的疲憊，好感度直接拉滿！

衞生：昨晚睡覺發現床頭有根棉簽，沒收拾。
環境：安靜到很安靜，可惜衣櫃燈關不掉，影響睡眠
服務：將就吧，昨晚到了後，前台協調我換雙人床，説是床寬1.3米，我網上一查，床1.2米，説送我份早餐，我沒同意。
設施：最少有七八年了，而且水壺，廁所、洗漱台、地板都很老舊了。
