衞生：昨晚睡覺發現床頭有根棉簽，沒收拾。
環境：安靜到很安靜，可惜衣櫃燈關不掉，影響睡眠
服務：將就吧，昨晚到了後，前台協調我換雙人床，説是床寬1.3米，我網上一查，床1.2米，説送我份早餐，我沒同意。
設施：最少有七八年了，而且水壺，廁所、洗漱台、地板都很老舊了。

I am very satisfied with the hotel's service and design. From the appearance point of view, it is modern and has unique European design elements, which is quite elegant. Every facility in the room is complete. The soft bed relieves fatigue, and the bathroom has sufficient water pressure, making it as relaxing as a hot spring.
