I am very satisfied with the hotel's service and design. From the appearance point of view, it is modern and has unique European design elements, which is quite elegant. Every facility in the room is complete. The soft bed relieves fatigue, and the bathroom has sufficient water pressure, making it as relaxing as a hot spring. 襄陽空港酒店整體體驗很不錯！房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住起來很舒適。位置也很方便，交通便利，周邊配套完善。服務態度很好，員工熱情周到。不過，如果早餐種類能再豐富一些，比如增加些地方特色小吃，就更完美了。另外，酒店的隔音效果還可以再優化一下。總體來説，瑕不掩瑜，下次還會選擇這裏！

酒店是提前定的，在到達前客服人員有提前打電話溝通是否需要接機。從機場10分鐘到酒店的距離挺近的，前台工作人員都很熱情，快速辦理完入住後小姐姐還幫忙拿行李帶到房間。沒想到小姐姐最後還給了小零食[玫瑰]贊👍🏻酒店整體環境不錯，客房也挺不錯的。性價比很好哦。

酒店地理位置挺好的，到機場就10分鐘，對於坐飛機出行太方便了，酒店房間舒適衞生，服務人員熱情周到，樂於提供各種幫助。接待的客服小姐姐也非常熱情，幫忙送到門口幫忙拿行李，100多的房間還有免費接送機的服務，入住體驗很滿意，有機會來襄陽會繼續選擇的

房間硬件不錯，餐廳和前台服務有待提升。酒店早餐截止9點，結束時間較早。購買了雙早，孩子起不來早餐，看到有飯盒，希望餐廳打包一碗麪條，被餐廳拒絕，要求必須到餐廳食用。溝通前台，也是一樣結果，不能打包，多買的早餐也不退。
酒店寧可佔客人多買早餐的便宜，寧可富餘早餐，也不能方便客人。
