此次帶家人去鳳凰古城旅行，我在網上查了好幾遍，最終選擇了鳳凰最湘西大酒店，從我打電話諮詢酒店前台，客服人員就非常認真，很有耐心的解答問題。一到酒店前台工作人員非常熱情幫我們辦理入住手續，還給我們有專門管家幫助我們提行理，認真解答遊覽路線和景點，讓我們用最少的時候遊更多的景點，一進入房間，更是給了我們很大的驚喜，房間乾淨，整潔，明亮，寬敞。在再加上工作人員和管家熱情的招待，使我們這次遊覽玩的非常開心，覺得這次來鳳凰古城非常值得。下次和朋友來一定還會入位鳳凰最湘西大酒店。

位置很好，剛好在古城口，鬧中取靜的地方。住古城裡面有兩個不好，一不通車，行李自己拎進去，二城內酒吧很吵，影響睡眠。可根據自己需要考慮，我們是自駕，能停車又近這個是很好的選擇。可能因為時間久了，房間還是有一點黴味的，不過出來旅遊，可以忽略不計。我覺得最有問題的一點就是，晚上關燈以後，插座竟然也沒電了，早上起來發現根本沒充上電，這個不可理解。其他方面都還是不錯的，走的時候還送了小禮物
