當天空調維修，辦理入住的時候也沒説空調不好，到了房間才知道。後來送來一台電扇。還好是當天降温了，否則沒法住。這個方面做的不太好，不提前説，也不徵求客户意見。

出來玩圖的就是1個住的好，吃的好，酒店環境真心不錯，房間內部設施很棒，超大的電視機，應該是2米的大窗户，採光很不錯，長者覺得床太軟了，免費提供棕櫚床墊，問了服務員原本是五星酒店都在用的金可兒床墊，距離韶山也不算遠，一個小時左右，回來住在市中心很方便，酒店周邊設施配套也很齊全，早上出去的時候前台美女送了2瓶免費礦泉水，真的很貼心。
