The room facilities are ceiling-rated in the local area. The service is rated 3 points because when I first arrived at the hotel and checked in at the front desk, I was going through the formalities. The young doorman interrupted me and asked for a pack of cigarettes from the young lady at the front desk. The young lady did not free her hands to take it twice but still kept chattering and did not take the hotel guests in front of her seriously. 設施：有房間的門不能反鎖，然後説幫我們免費升級房間，然後升級了房頭的房間，問有沒有別的房間能不能換一下，説滿房了！！然後我們就住房頭這邊，進去一股味，感覺就是很久沒人住了，然後離譜的是洗髮水沐浴露都沒有了，空瓶🫙，打電話到前台説讓保潔上來看，過了五分鐘上來看，然後拿了瓶子就走了，又過了幾分鐘還沒有後續了，又給前台打電話問，説洗髮水沐浴露沒有了，然後説給我們換一間，換到隔壁！？？？不是説滿房了嗎？但是沒有去計較這些，可能換房就已經很麻煩！然後我們就又開始收拾東西，但是！！！！！過了十分鐘前台上來了，然後説要去把洗髮水沐浴露裝滿什麼的！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！what？搞什麼，就真的很無語🙄誰能懂，我就受不了了，真的很累，就想躺着床上睡覺，我就叫住那個前台我説不換了，不能反鎖就不反鎖吧，沒有安全感就沒有吧，起碼讓我住這種感覺很久沒人住的房間好吧！就是感覺他們工作人員也不知道自己該幹嘛，然後我們就大包小包的在四樓五樓來回跑衞生：衞生我們訂了兩間房，我們那個不能反鎖的房間的衞生間上面的墊子打開，有尿漬，然後我們另一間房間淋浴的地方有頭髮環境：環境該説不説很是很可以的，房間大，很寬敞，所以經常訂他們家服務：服務也不錯
