GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, right by the sea. Standing in the yard, you can watch the tides. The hotel service is very enthusiastic. We were originally scheduled to arrive in the afternoon, but we were delayed and arrived at the hotel at around 9pm. The housekeeper was waiting for us at the hotel and helped us check in and move our luggage. The room is quite large and clean. Any questions can be answered in the housekeeper group. It is a great experience. I will stay here again next time.

VvictorluoBefore checking in to this Crowne Plaza Seaview, I was actually a little confused: the recommendation rankings on several third-party travel platforms are all the first in Xiangshan, five-diamond hotels, but here is only Crowne Plaza; what's more, this hotel has been opened in 2016, is it really as good as the reviews say? However, after coming here, I found that I was worrying too much. The Crowne Plaza Xiangshan Seaview is indeed completely different from other brands of the same name: from design to decoration, and from catering to service, it is absolutely worthy of the title of a five-diamond hotel and the first in Xiangshan. The entire hotel consists of three buildings, each different according to the terrain: Among them, the Haitian Building is built on the mountain, and its fifth floor is connected to the thirteenth floor of the Haixin Building (according to the introduction, this corridor was added not long ago), which is the most spectacular and luxurious (executive building). The hotel is close to the mountains and the sea, with excellent scenery. It is also child-friendly and shows parent-child characteristics everywhere. During the two nights of this stay, I tried all three restaurants here: Chinese food, which is very local, is mainly based on fresh seafood and local characteristics, such as Shipu trough bone fish eggs and white crab, hairy bamboo shoots and mackerel, Xiangshan shrimp carved goose, Shipu seafood noodles, etc. are all very delicious; Western food mainly features a variety of seafood and children's favorite desserts (more than 20 kinds) and ice cream (Duburui). People who understand should understand the price of a Duburui ice cream ball, and then compare it with the single price of the buffet, the cost performance is not too high; the hand-brewed coffee in the lobby bar is particularly good. It is said that the brewing lady was specially dug from Starbucks, no wonder the coffee is so delicious. Finally, I want to say that the hotel's service is sincere, fair, professional, meticulous, warm and friendly. I would like to especially thank the hotel management and operation team for taking good care of me and my family during our stay. They include but are not limited to the following employees whose names I know: Food and Beverage Manager Arvin, Western Restaurant Manager Evenly, Employee Mary Feng (冯巧丹), Lobby Bar Supervisor Eva, Front Office Duty Manager Kritin, Yvan, Concierge Eilot, Front Office Xiao Luo, etc. Xiangshan Seaview Crowne Plaza is indeed an unusual and well-received luxury hotel!

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is relatively easy to find. This hotel is a single building and has many parking spaces (both on the ground and underground). The lady at the front desk, No. 007, was very enthusiastic. We asked for a room with a better view, and she helped us arrange it on the 12th floor. As expected, the view was very good, and the room facilities were quite intelligent. The hotel's breakfast variety is also very rich, including rice noodles, noodles, wontons, bread and so on.
There are supermarkets, KFC, restaurants, and snack bars next to the hotel, which is quite convenient.
I want to go to the beach, but I don’t know how to get there. I consulted the lady at the front desk No. 008. The lady is very enthusiastic. She suggested that we must drive to the Tourist Service Center of Songlan Mountain Tourist Resort first, make an appointment on the spot, and then drive into the resort (Private cars can drive in during the off-season now), there is no shuttle bus in the off-season, so I am glad I drove there.
Personally, I think the experience of staying this time is very good, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. Next time I come to Songlan Mountain, I will choose this hotel in Vienna. Thanks to Miss 007 and 008 for their warm service.

It is convenient to drive to Songlanshan Beach or Asian Sailing Center, and you can save the daily shuttle bus ticket. According to the housekeeper's instructions, you can take the elevator from the underground parking lot directly to the floor where you live, enter the room according to the password, there is an air conditioner with an independent switch, and you can connect to Wi-Fi with the password. The room has a good view and is cheaper than the Sheraton next door, but I didn't expect that the weekend special room at more than 1,000 yuan per room has no balcony, the window doesn't open very wide, and there is no discount for staying two nights in a row. We were lucky enough to enjoy the sunrise and fireworks on the beach, but the effect was compromised because the window glass blocked the view. Those who mind this should be careful when choosing this room type. The beach shared with the Sheraton Hotel is a bit sloping, with a lot of seawater and sand, so you can't swim or have a barbecue, but you can pay to rent a big umbrella and a few chairs, listen to the sound of the waves, step in the water, and take a nap. The sea water turns yellow at noon and the sand is very hot. It is recommended not to walk on the sand barefoot. Little ones can choose to play in the paddling pool, but be careful of the mosaics being damaged in some places. You can bring some breakfast back from the supermarket when you go out to the scenic area or have a meal. There is a refrigerator in the room to cool milk and drinks.
