環境不太好

The soundproofing in the room is terrible. I live on the 12th floor. The window is almost closed. I don't know what the excavator or something was making noises on the construction site downstairs. I couldn't sleep at all.

Overall it's good, the room is big, the front desk is nice, but the hot water is not hot enough, the hot water ran out before I finished my second shower. Fortunately the air conditioner in the room was warm, otherwise I would have caught a cold.

1. The room was not cleaned properly, the sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases were all yellow, and there were hair on them. 2. The door lock of the double room on the 13th floor near the elevator exit was broken, and I couldn't get in no matter how I swiped my card. It was already 12 o'clock and I was waiting for the staff to help open the door. 3. I parked my car in the parking lot in the morning and couldn't get out. The parking lot was locked and parking was not allowed, but the hotel allowed guests to park in the parking lot. I waited for half an hour and called several times. Finally, the security guard came out. I couldn't find the person in charge of the parking lot either. It was really a waste of time!

The soundproofing is very poor.

It can be considered a relatively good hotel in Xiangning, but the sound insulation is very poor, the water outlet is small, and the hygiene is just okay, so-so.
