9.9當天入住應該是大堂經理，服務很有效很直接很有誠意的解決了我的問題，還幫我們搬行李到房間，因為我們帶着小孩子，有一些需求也儘可能的都幫助我們了，態度也是非常好，衞生很乾凈，住的很舒心👍

酒店服務態度特別好，必須好評~訂酒店免景區門票，可以直接開車進去。露台可以直接看中心廣場的演出，不過不如下去看有沉浸感，晚上夜景很漂亮，如果露台能放兩把椅子就更好了。景區整體修得很漂亮，可能是因為淡季吧人太少了，啥都沒開，工作人員也是懶洋洋的。有演出有互動，時間都不長，互動也不多，可能旺季會好點吧。

到酒店已經晚上8點多，沒想到夜景十分漂亮。前台小姐姐人美心善，給我升級了房間💐房間寬敞乾淨，床品舒適，早餐也不錯，房間的陽台可以直瞰第一城風景，非常美💐有機會還會帶家人再來的💐

雖然酒店設施有一些老舊了，但是服務真的很好，基本上有應必求。因為是過生日提前打電話跟酒店溝通的，酒店雖然之前沒遇到這種情況過，但是響應很及時安排的也很滿意，簡單給佈置了一下房間。真的很驚喜了，感謝酒店的工作人員。

前台接待非常熱情，看帶長者來和大堂經理申請給升級了房間，因為沒有親子房帶個大孩子還給加了床，服務跟貼心，為客人所想，酒店在景區C位，每間房都有個小露台，推開門就能看到景區夜景，非常漂亮。早餐也很豐盛，小油餅一定要吃，很好吃。帶家人出行非常滿意，
