#衞生非常乾淨，自駕親子出行每次都自帶床單被套，但這家酒店從入門開始就覺得衞生很好，毫不誇張房間內傢俱一塵不染，邊邊角角都很乾凈。#服務管家式服務，很貼心，服務人員很禮貌需求反饋很及時周到#位置交通為了避開人羣，聽朋友推薦特地來的鄉城縣，自駕線路友好，車少，海拔低，風景好#房間設施酒店設計和裝修看出來的用心，設施用品都很有質感。總體來説，體驗感受非常物超所值。很驚艷。值得很多標榜品牌大酒店的借鑒學習。

這是我住過最喜歡的酒店之一了，管家式服務，白房子設計很喜歡，特別是裏面的餐都太好吃了，裏面還有個博物館珍藏了老闆多年來收藏的珍品，聽講解過後更喜歡這裏了，非常有品味，園林也做的非常好，太多想表達的了，總之是個非常不錯的酒店

房間設施完善高端，佈置舒適寬敞明亮，床墊非常舒服，酒店除準備了普洱茶、咖啡、礦泉水、飲料還準備了當地特色的果乾。超大的露台，一覽高原雄壯景色，拍照喝茶都很愜意，享受寧靜舒適的旅途。酒店還有地下停車場和露台恆温泳池，是香巴拉區域最高端最舒適的酒店。

酒店的內部裝修以及用料的細節絕對符合五星級酒店的標準
因為是五一期間入住，酒店還附送了中餐和晚餐，順便給酒店的廚師一個大大的贊！ 早餐的米粉味道絕了！
另外酒店的服務人員給人感覺都是在非常開心的工作， 酒店內還有一個微型博物館， 收藏了很多別具匠心的富含藏族文化的藏品。
