位置很好，出門就是中山路步行街，逛吃都很方便。去鼓浪嶼離幾個碼頭也都很近。民宿小哥人也很nice，服務熱情周到，給推薦周邊美食啥的。總體體驗很好。

去年住過另一家這個酒店，感覺挺好的，今年選擇中山路這家，在步行街，所以特別特別吵鬧，真的睡不着覺，樓下從中午到晚上都有飯館的人在叫賣，這次是來跑比賽住的這裏，腿受傷了，也沒出門，幾乎都在房間裏，最後一天問問管家能不能延遲退房，因為是晚上的飛機，已給延遲了半個小時？中午12點30退的，然後又去找了個酒店呆半天，總體感覺不太人性化，如果去酒店的話，都可以延遲退房……總體不滿意

位置便利，逛了一天鼓浪嶼從輪渡碼頭回來，過個馬路很快就能回去休息了。白天打車去周邊景點比較方便。晚上躲在屋裡用投影儀刷劇，挺舒服。住的樓層較低，開窗的時候外面有一點噪音，關上窗，加上旅途勞頓，影響倒還好。
