Environment: I booked a room on Ctrip. I went there to check out the environment and was not satisfied with the check-in. The hotel directly refused to refund the full payment. Then the front desk of the famous hotel scolded us and said that our attitude was not good. We said no matter what but did not want a refund, so we directly I called Ctrip and 12315 to complain. It was the first time I encountered this kind of forced buying and selling by a hotel. I made more than 200 yuan. Are you *******? ? Service attitude needs to be improved: It is recommended that the hotel conduct more customer service training to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. I hope everyone will not go to this kind of hotel. The service is poor. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I do not recommend anyone to come to this hotel.
