幫客户定了兩晚且已扣款兩晚房費成功。
但客户到前台顯示衹有一晚，雖然事後攜程解決了，但是希望以後做事更加嚴謹些，畢竟是五星酒店

I came to Xiamen to watch a concert. The housekeeper contacted me by phone in advance to clarify all my needs during the stay. A shuttle bus to the concert venue was also provided. My requests for early check-in and late check-out were also met. They took the initiative to help with the luggage when I checked in and out. All the staff greeted me when I met them during my stay. The breakfast was delicious and the environment was very good. There was a sofa in the elevator, and the toiletries were all Aesop. The shuttle bus also played Zhou Xingzhe's songs. In short, I was very satisfied. Although the only drawback was that the takeaway star had to go downstairs to get the takeaway by himself, it can be overcome.
