小姐姐很熱情的幫我升級了房間，房間很大，但是攜程上沒有寫清楚退房時間，我以為這類酒店都是2點退房，前台打電話過來態度很差，但是前一天晚上答應那個小姐姐要給她五星好評所以我要説到做到，早上打電話的前台態度真的很差，一開口很兇的説是12.退房呵呵
