1，餐廳早餐衞生堪憂，吃了早餐腹瀉一整天； 2，酒店早餐説是到10點，10點一到，服務員就開始逐個食品擺放區域地毯式收東西，一個不剩。如果客人剛好快到10點進來用餐，就可能什麼食物都沒有了，服務人員也根本沒有任何事先提醒 ； 3，親眼看見餐廳工作人員回收沒有吃完的生蔬菜；4，房間設施老舊，淋浴房排水設計不合理，導致淋浴的時候洗澡水漫到腳背上； 5，做衞生的阿姨追着客人跑，問什麼時候打到衞生，絲毫不顧客人是否方便回答。 6， 客房燈具的開關邏輯非常複雜。7，不主動提供取電卡，導致扒卡離開房間空調就會關閉，重新啟動空調製冷過程非常長。
