View of Gulangyu from room, charming in day and beautiful lights at night. Excellent location to kickstart Xiamen tour by walking to Zhongshan road. Breakfast is chaotic, but you enjoy the fun with all the guests.

倆人定的雙床房，到了房間才發現給分了一間大床房，前台需要再細心些，換房耽誤了些時間差點沒趕上去景點坐纜車，酒店主動給升級了房間作為補償。不過整體溝通我覺得欠缺商務禮儀，有待提高。因為趕着去做纜車，沒接到一個酒店的電話，回來回撥回去了，酒店工作人員説給我打幾個了電話了都沒接，問我現在有沒有時間接電話讓我注意接聽電話。問題是未接電話裏就一個啊，怎麼就打好幾個我沒接了，我從酒店出發前也通過房間座機聯繫你們過兩次了：我説你們給錯房了，等了會也沒聯繫我換哪個房間，我的纜車票要到時間了我要先從酒店出發了。
酒店早餐很豐盛，有地方特色。就是自己去吃早飯的時候剛打完飯，出去上個衞生間，回來桌子被清乾淨了，太浪費了一盤子食物水果雞蛋一杯飲料，耽誤時間。桌子上放的是“我還在用餐”但是餐還是被收了。
酒店地理位置很好，去各個景點都很方便，離和平碼頭很近，步行就可到達。
泳池很乾凈，要是泳池衞生間裏放浴巾就好了，會更方便。
保潔阿姨很好，打掃細緻，親切感十足。
健身房器械還挺全的，操廳乾淨整潔。
窗外景色非常美，我覺得是整個廈門島看鼓浪嶼景色最美的位置。

每次來廈門都住的是瑞頤，本來想酒店有點年代了，擔心家人會不喜歡，沒想到細緻周到的服務讓家人非常滿意，每位員工都有服務意識是很不容易的，真的是賓至如歸！酒店的地理位置十分優越，景觀超棒，出行便捷，早餐很好吃，客房送餐服務滿滿儀式感，驚喜連連！

The hotel location was amazing and the breakfast was very delicious. They offer both Asian and Western breakfast which was really good.
Many of the personnel spoke English which made our communication easy 👍 the room had a very good size and the bathroom was also very spacious.

酒店前台冷冰冰，沒有任何笑容。到處充滿了商業氣息，無論是酒店大廳、電梯還是房間的床上，放着各種廣告的優惠券，不放過任何一個消費的機會，把收費的水放在明顯處，免費的水放在衞生間和冰箱裏，一不小心就會收費。外賣不讓上樓也不讓放禮賓部，要自己去外賣櫃去取，點酒店的商品，機器人可以送上樓，美名曰是為了客人的飲食安全。外面一聽可樂3塊，酒店賣40，是為了我們的安全嗎？還是先提升服務吧，這個酒店有點像春秋航空，不停的讓你消費。

海景房確實漂亮的，但是空調聲音有點吵影響睡眠，碼頭聲音也能聽見，如果睡眠要求高的話會很受影響，我睡眠平時很好的，都被吵到了。很多東西要收費，洗澡間的玫瑰花瓣差點就拆開了，邊上提示牌標價格的好小，如一不注意就會被扣錢，入住交按金的
