春節和家人一起入住了禹洲温德姆酒店，賓客管家小楊全程都有跟進服務，幫忙安排了高樓層的無煙房間，海景很漂亮，房間也乾淨舒適，後面又再繼續住了一晚，退房時落了東西，管家小楊也是第一時間聯繫我，酒店位置很好，步行8-10分鐘左右就可以到達沙灘，小朋友玩沙子玩得不亦樂乎！

環境：酒店靠近五緣灣，絕美海景盡收眼底，酒店後面別墅區，多傢俬房菜，聽説口碑都很不錯
設施：無邊露天户外泳池，雖然秋冬季節不能游泳有點可惜，但是户外平台曬太陽看海景也是很愜意，16樓健身房的設施也都齊全，還有大落地窗，運動都能看到美美的海景
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，客房還有泡腳桶、枕頭、蒸汽眼罩可以借用，很人性化
服務：有賓客小管家小楊全程跟進服務，開發票和錄停車碼都很省事兒，服務很貼心周到

酒店位置和環境都很好，離演出場館很近，最重要的是有接駁車接送，完全不用為交通和安全發愁，特別適合獨自來看演出的小夥伴。客管家Kelly服務熱情周到，提前致電幫忙預約接駁車，還給升了房，很滿意。下次有機會還住這兒!

來看貓耳演出訂在這裏想着打車去場館近，結果酒店直接安排了免費接駁車！好幾車同好一起去場館的感覺真的很奇妙！酒店離帆船體驗中心也很近，看完演出第二天去玩玩也很有意思！可惜是兩天陰天，酒店工作人員從前台到禮賓部以及客房打掃的阿姨都很親切路上遇到的工作人員也都很有禮貌，非常感謝，很愉快

首先房間的衞生一般，細節還要再加強一下，比如我房間的電視遙控器拿上手是有點粘粘的，像是以前有飲料打翻在上面一樣，最主要的是這個級別的酒店居然有人在大堂抽煙，有兩三個聚在一起抽的，還有從大堂廁所出來邊走邊抽的，煙灰都掉地上了，我訂的是無煙樓層，居然在電梯口還有煙頭，國內國外住了這麼多大大小小的酒店，這種情況還是第一次遇到。因為我女兒對煙味有過敏性哮喘，所以希望酒店在這方面能加強管理

誇誇誇!酒店設施設備完善，從車上下來有專門的人幫忙拿行李，大堂還有人負責指引，整個酒店的裝修都特別的好看，從一進來就被吸引了，進房間之後房間裝修的特別好看，也特別的温馨，重點誇誇前台小姑娘summer和客房sunny活潑可愛，服務特別好，從入住到退房都有關注，讓我感覺到廈門這個城市真的是很熱情好客，
