在馬巷住很多賓館和民宿，就這家最差勁，位置不好不説，前台回覆信息也不及時，打了一次電話沒人接，然後就想退了重新找一家訂，後面不知道是前台還是老闆就給我回電話瞭然後沒退訂，然後按她發給我的位置找到了住的地方，給我安排了一間別人都還沒退房的給我，後面給我換了一間，這都沒什麼事了。等到下午我出去的時候，不知道是前台還是老闆讓我付款，我平台的訂單民宿都沒同意取消，然後還來讓我交房費，後面我把訂單沒取消的截圖發給民宿方，然後民宿方又讓我補差價，這都沒什麼，因為換的房間確實要比那個經濟房好點。補差價都沒事。再來説房間的設施和環境吧，100塊的一間房，我在附近住過六七十的都比這民宿的要好，房間裏沒蚊香，睡一晚上都沒睡好，發消息給前台沒人回覆。住過很多民宿，從來不會去點評別人的民宿裏，但這家民宿確實是我住過最差最垃圾的一家店。

垃圾民宿、連民工住的地方都不如、自建房破破爛爛的隨便放了個被子，打電話不接，不退款，整個住房沒有人管理，轉款後吧枱自己拿鑰匙看房間，我看完房間，根本沒入住。總體很差。
