服務品質，住宿都是滿分，minibar裏的飲料不怎麼樣，堅果很好吃，早餐一般甚至顯得比較差，牛肉麪的麪條太過軟爛應該是流水線製品，樓道內的隔音有待提高，晚上其他住户開關門過於明顯。

水療設施（乾濕蒸、桑拿房、泳池、泡池、熱石躺椅、健身房）:很不錯 SPA很舒服
有私人管家Iris非常貼心 非常到位 還給我房型升級 這個酒店真的讓人會想來住很多次
早餐也不錯 推薦 中餐廳也不會踩雷
酒店整體都很滿意 可以為了這個酒店來廈門無數次

設施：酒店很新，辦理入住的公區讓人眼前一亮，時尚而且顏值超高！房間也不錯，中式風格，配色很好。
衞生：很乾凈
環境：有種大隱於市的感覺，室外泳池游泳很舒服。周邊五緣灣很多海上活動，也適合騎行。
服務：最滿意的是服務，辦理入住的時候給了升級。每個員工都很有禮貌。特別是第二天早晨吃早餐的時候值班經理特意來詢問入住體驗，讓人印象深刻！
餐飲：衹在酒店吃了半自助早餐，點的牛肉麪味道超讚！
建議：略微有點不足的是泳池的更衣室偏小。帶有沖泡按摩的泡池水温略低。日常活動安排和可參與的項目有點偏少！

酒店絕對可以！我們住的港灣房！離五緣灣帆船碼頭近的不要不要的！車子一下來，來迎賓的是個老外！逼格拉滿！
服務是真的沒話説，前一天入住需要水送了很多水給我，後面得知我是要拿水泡茶，直接給我拎來一桶泡茶專用水！最愛的是他們噴枕頭的那個香氛！好聞！
就是酒店下午茶的地方要麼室外要麼室內大堂，室外暑假簡直沒勇氣坐，大堂吧進進出出check in的人…對社恐的人來説…有點不夠私密…
晚上餓了叫了送餐服務，那個漢堡很好吃…因為我們閩南菜吃不慣…
除了酒店除了價格貴了點，其它沒毛病！
