優點：離機場很近打車大概十幾分鍾； 周圍環境安靜；工作人員態度友好提前加微信詢問需求；早餐很好吃。
缺點：房間私隱性差，可能是因為我買的雙十一特價套餐？？房間相對而立，毫無私隱可言；
隔音差，樓道的動靜聽得非常清楚；
離市區和景點遠；
SPA永遠約不上。

其實都還可以，衹是可以做得更好。
比如客人提早辦理入住，房間未好，行李寄存，那房間準備好時就可以提前把行李放入房間，而不是回來時還要等着找行李。
還有就是早餐時間，不斷的有人過來問你入住怎麼樣，早餐怎麼樣。i人是會尷尬的，保持一點距離感也挺好。客人需要的是適度的熱情，不是一直被詢問。
另外，定價統一吧，不要好幾個平台價格不一樣。

七尚酒店在我個人的認知中是廈門最好的酒店，所以有貴賓來訪我們都是不二的選擇這裏招待。七尚的裝修風格和質感都是我們極認可和喜歡的，服務更是超乎想象的完美。我來説説此次接待我們的禮賓部小吳Aiden，針對我們的全部要求都有求必應不説，在他之後的實現過程細節中，我最深的體會就是“高級”，這是我沒想到但不意外的一種體會。細緻耐心溝通，服務中帶着自己的用心和智慧，作為服務人員不卑不亢，給客人的被尊重感拉滿的同時，自己的專業性流暢並帶有自身的修養和魅力，這也是我用心手敲這條點評的原因。並且，並且，並且，一個月過去了沒有以任何方式來要好評，所以我們這次的七尚體驗以一種真誠完美結束，並期待下一次～

酒店裡所有裝修風格都在我審美上把中式度假風發揮到了極致，能看得出酒店裡的樹都價值不菲。
酒店房間也很大，晚上開夜床會給一瓶牛奶。
總之在七尚每天都好開心每天都很喜歡在酒店的時光！想在床上看紫色晚霞日落想在海邊喝葡萄酒吃意麪。想在泳池邊的躺椅上看星星I like i like!!!

辦理入住時前台有送上歡迎茶，很幸運被升到了港灣景觀房間。禮賓小哥全程帶路至房間並介紹了房間設施。
房間面積很大，港灣景緻無敵，設施方面無可挑剔。客房部吳素琴阿姨打掃衞生乾淨細緻，夜床服務也很贊。
nico小姐姐在入住全程提供到位的服務，有求必應及時跟進，離店前還主動詢問是否需要延遲退房，很貼心。
