服務態度相當惡劣，想找氣生的，那就去他家吧，入住前明確詢問房間內空調有暖風，入住後使用的時候，告訴説暖風不好用，而且不承認之前説過暖風好用的話，值班經理態度囂張，惡劣，這種人怎麼能出現在服務行業裏
