衞生：非常的乾淨衞生，走進房第一眼人就很舒服，能感覺到做的每一個細節都很到位，洗漱杯消毒，免洗洗手液配備都很體現老闆的用心。
環境：在這價位中的性價比很高，環境很温馨走進客棧熱情的老闆管家讓人感覺到親戚朋友家的味道。
服務：從下單完開始老闆給我們具體的線路提示，注意事項，提前預約，具體哪裡下車等，到店後給我們地圖推薦給我們的美食都很正宗，幫規劃遊玩線路等等，無不體現管家的用心服務
設施：比同價位中的空間都要大些，都要用的好些的設備，格力中央空調，極米投影儀，科樂衞浴用品，

房東叔叔很熱情很照顧客人！房子位置很容易找不偏僻而且旁邊就是餐廳，晚上隔音很好基本沒聽到外面的聲音，房子在曾厝垵的出行也很方便！
