Unfortunately the room looks nothing like the pictures. All the floors smell like cigarettes, and the staff was allowing people to smoke in the lobby. The air conditioning wasn’t working in the room. The water wasn’t hot from the faucet in the bathtub.

We had pleasant and great stay here, ms Elly the hotel manager warmly greet us and assist us on things we need, also took us nice photos..Thank you for all the kind and great services 👍

We booked a family suite. The hotel is very big, the lobby is very grand, the room is clean and quiet, there are fruits for delivery, rich breakfast, delicious oil tea noodles, and pick-up. We were taken to Xiamen North Station to take a bus the next day. From the security guard at the door, to the lobby, to the front desk, to the restaurant, to the driver, the service is very good! ! ! The front desk Xiaofeng and the front desk Xiaowang have a very good service attitude and are very sweet. They helped to book the car delivery service and gave 3 brooches when checking out. The children love it very much! ! ! Highly recommended! I will stay here next time I come to Xiamen!
