飯店在工業區，周邊都是工廠，沒有甚麼景觀，陽台地面很髒，而且陽台加窗，只能開10公分的縫隙，完全失去陽台功能，房價又比較高，訂附陽台房型，真是冤大頭。早餐一般，可以吃飽，櫃檯人員處理旅客反映事項，一味推諉，反映沒有空調，隨便說主機故障維修中，但是走廊有有空調，又比房間涼快，最後旅客堅持下，才同意換另一房間，換後的房間空調是正常，所以櫃檯前期處理顯然不合格。
之前住過的青島智選酒店很優，所以到廈門才會再次訂同品牌，顯然地區不同，差異也很大。

一次很好的入住體驗，前台經理主動詢問入住體驗，住的舒服，就是陽台有限位，前台也解釋了為了安全考慮，我也可以理解，走的時候送了筆記本，很貼心，有感受到在聽取客人的需求
