The overall environment of the hotel should be quite good in the local area. It is a 10-minute walk from Labrang Monastery and a 5-minute walk from the commercial street. It is still very convenient. The hotel's hardware facilities are quite good, and low-carbon, environmentally friendly and energy-saving technology elements are added, but the design lacks humanized considerations and is not very convenient to use. The guest rooms are quite clean and tidy, and the bedding is quite comfortable. The breakfast variety is quite rich, but the insulation measures are slightly insufficient.

The hotel is quite remarkable. It's a ten-minute walk to the station and an eight-minute walk to Labrang Monastery. The hotel is probably the best on that street. It's more convenient and the staff is friendly. The room is very big and the sanitary conditions are OK. Overall it's great. I will stay here again next time I come to Xiahe.

It should be an old local hotel. It can be seen that the decoration was very careful at that time, but the sound insulation of the room is not that ideal. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and have a good attitude. When eating in the restaurant, I accidentally said that it was a bit cold due to the weather change. After hearing this, the service guy next to me immediately turned on the air conditioning and heating silently. He was very careful, attentive and considerate.

We were upgraded when we checked in, but when we took a shower, we found that the bathroom was leaking into the bedroom. The front desk that night was very responsible and saw that there was no solution, so they arranged the best suite for us and helped us carry our luggage. I would like to especially praise the staff on duty that night 👩💼

We booked a family room and enjoyed the design and cleanliness of our room. There was enough space for the four of us. The lobby is cute and you can have coffee in the little coffee area behind the reception. My husband who took summer jobs when he was growing up in Italy showed the manager how to properly use her fancy coffee machine. ☕️😅 We found breakfast around the corner in a local place but looks like Nirvana next door was serving good western fare.

The environment of the inn is elegant, the service is warm and thoughtful, the rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the location is convenient. It is within walking distance to Labrang Monastery. I also ordered dinner at the inn. It was very delicious, with fresh ingredients, exquisite presentation, and friendly waiters. The location is really good, you can see the Labrang Temple when you open the curtain. Although the room is not big, the layout and decoration inside and outside are good. The toilet cover provided is very good. There are not many inns that can think of and do this. The big brother at the front desk can also provide reasonable travel suggestions. The only drawback was that the cleaning was not done well. A dead fly was found in an obvious place on the bathroom floor on the first day, and it was not cleaned up when the room was being cleaned the next day. This is the only regret.

Our stay here was lovely, with kind staff. We are Australian and our check-in was easy. However, please note that the name of the hotel name is “Samphel Dhondup Hotel”, and it is located near the southern corner of 腾志路, Tengzhi Road, near the Monastery Ticket Centre and the river. This was confusing upon arrival. The heated floors were extremely hot, and not able to be turned off. Our room was a sauna, despite being -4°c outside (we had our window open the whole time). Hopefully this can be fixed. Breakfast was small but we were here during the offseason.
