1.燒水壺壞了，説了三遍，來了一個人看了一下沒有解決，後來又來了一個阿姨，要把燒水壺放到地上，才能燒水
2.房間的隔音極度差，凌晨兩點隔壁還在大聲喧嘩 躺在床上聽的清清楚楚
3.早上七點半退房，沒有前台，衹能把房卡留在前台，微信交涉退按金，中午交涉退按金，晚上通過攜程交涉才最終把按金退回來，服務極差。
4.早上交涉了退按金，電話交涉了，後面還要來問哪個房間，態度極其惡劣
