由於蒙藏人家在裝修，於是安排同類型扎西民宿入住，兩間民宿位置是一起的，環境非常好，服務非常到位。我們是當天晚上11點到達酒店，10:00就有接線員詢問我們的行程，派人到路邊引導我們停車，到達酒店後也有專人跟我們用普通話交流，接線員還會詢問我們是否吃了晚飯，跟我們介紹周邊環境，民宿衞生也非常乾淨，進屋發現房間沒有鎖，當晚反映後第二天早上立刻來解決了，民宿的大堂裝修的非常愜意，早晨起來可以坐在大堂裏曬曬太陽喝喝茶，有一説一民宿老闆的兒子長得非常的帥氣😍據瞭解，我們是本民宿第1批入住的客人，表示非常滿意，超級滿意，民宿整體非常的物美價廉，希望可以發展的越來越好。

CClaudia PiastraWonderful place and wonderful family! The best accommodation we stayed in in China. Perfect position very close to the monastery. Very clean.
As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a snack of dried dates, bread, butter and tzampa, accompanied by some delicious tea.
We stayed with this family for two days and they always offered us breakfast, the first day with house tea and fresh bread, the second day with coffee and fried bread.
We spent the evening with them and they always kept offering us food and tea, always making us feel welcome.
The house is wonderful, ******* style, wooden, always very clean.
The beds are really comfortable, and they have a warming blanket. Inside our room we also had an electric heater to warm ourselves, which made the room really warm and cosy.
The bathroom has hot water.
You can fill your water bottles from the drinking water containers they have in front of each room.
We always saw them cleaning the common areas.
The owner, his wife and their three children welcomed us warmly like family.
I will recommend them to all my friends.

GGuest UserIt is in the alley next to the White Pagoda, very close to Labrang Monastery. We booked this oldest restaurant, with a simple ******* style and a relatively small space, especially the bathroom. It was still cold at night in August with the air conditioner turned on. Although the hardware is a bit inferior, the service is better. The housekeeper boy and girl are very enthusiastic. They went to the parking lot of the tourist service center to pick us up and help with the luggage. There is also a free yak hot pot. Adults and children are very satisfied. The two cats in the yard are also very cute.

The service was full marks. In addition to the uneven water flow of the shower head, it should be rusty. It is recommended to replace it with a new batch, or check it regularly. The replacement cost is relatively low, but it will greatly improve the experience. Overall, it is a great accommodation experience and I give it full marks.

First of all, the location was very convenient. It was close to Labrangsi, making it easy to get around and explore.
The proximity to Labrangsi provided beautiful views.
The service was friendly and attentive. From check-in to check-out, the staff always greeted me with a smile and handled any requests promptly.
The facilities were modern and clean. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day.
As for cleanliness, I was very pleased. Both the room and public areas were kept spotless, and the housekeeping service was regular and thorough.
The value for money was excellent. For the price, Snow Mountain Inn offered great facilities and service, making it feel like a very good deal.
Overall, my stay at [Hotel Name] was a wonderful experience, and I would love to return if I visit Labrangsi again.

RRyland JamesOur stay here was lovely, with kind staff. We are Australian and our check-in was easy. However, please note that the name of the hotel name is “Samphel Dhondup Hotel”, and it is located near the southern corner of 腾志路, Tengzhi Road, near the Monastery Ticket Centre and the river. This was confusing upon arrival.
The heated floors were extremely hot, and not able to be turned off. Our room was a sauna, despite being -4°c outside (we had our window open the whole time). Hopefully this can be fixed. Breakfast was small but we were here during the offseason.

GGuest UserNirvana resorts location is so stunning, set in the beautiful grasslands and surrounded by mountains, it was truly stunning. The tent was huge and bed comfy - some things are basic such as toilet and shower offsite but you know this going in. It was great to meet and talk to Wandhikhar, and all his staff who were lovely and helpful.

Iian_smashMy stay at Nirvana Hotel was very pleasant and certainly different to other places I have stayed in the past. Wandhi Khar, the owner, is very welcoming. On the first day, he offered to take me to Sangke Grasslands as he was heading to Nirvana Resort. Eventually we started talking and I ended up at his resort which actually overlooks the grasslands. He was kind enough to stop along the way for me to take pictures and at his property, he showed me the path to take to go for a walk and enjoy the grasslands. He even offered me his coat as the temperature was cool. After my walk, we (including Joe) kept talking over a few glasses of beer after which, Joe dropped me back at the hotel in Xiahe. Wandhi Khar invited me back to the resort the following day but after walking all day long around Labrang monastery, I was very exhausted and sadly could not make it. I highly recommend Nirvana Hotel and Nirvana Resort. I’m well travelled (+50 countries) and it’s not often you meet people who will go out of their way. Wandhi Khar is very generous and welcoming. At the hotel, his staff was very helpful. For example she called the bus station to double check the departure time etc. I hope to come back and visit again in the future.

But this time I was extremely lucky and found this treasure hotel👏. I fell in love with it after staying there once. I would like to call it the ceiling of the hotel industry👍.
