酒店在老縣城區域，道路狹窄，停車有點困難。離隰縣鼓樓步行700多米，離小西天步行1.5公里左右，周圍沒有什麼好吃的東西，衹有簡單的麪條餛飩。
酒店外觀老舊，內部設施更舊。走廊通鋪地毯，但應該是淹過水，一股濃重的黴味。房間面積挺大，但衞生間真的太差了，不衹是簡陋，而是看起來很臟。在晉南玩了一週，這不是住過最便宜的酒店，但是是床品最差的酒店，床墊的彈簧快要壞了，人一坐都能感覺到彈簧硌在身上。被子的棉絮都快跑完了，厚薄不勻，大部分都衹有布料。空調應該很多年沒清理過了，扇葉上肉眼可見的黑色臟污，一開機甚至有碎屑飛到臉上。房間裏不配備免費瓶裝水可以接受，但是放了一桶收費的礦泉水，入住按金還要100塊，體驗感巨差。
建議住在小西天的另一頭，老縣城區域看起來整體很一般。
