As one of the only five Sofitel Legend hotels in the world, this one in Xi'an is a bit unsatisfactory. The environment is good, but the service cannot keep up. It is very slow to deliver things. There are many foreigners, but no matter whether it is a guest room, a restaurant or an afternoon tea lounge, there is no one. The waiter could speak fluent English, but there were curly hairs on the breakfast mat. He reported it to the housekeeper, but nothing was done about it.
