The hotel is located in a neighbourhood near the Bell Tower and the city wall, and it is also right next to a local school.
The hotel is clean, and the reception staff are very friendly. The bed is spacious, and the room comes with two bathrooms, which is very convenient.

入住時前台給我升級到了最好的大床房，這一點必須點贊，體驗感一下子就提升了。整體環境與網上描述基本一致，不過需要提醒的是：酒店原本宣傳的酒吧目前並未開放。如果想去他們擼貓區域，需要提前半小時預約，我因為感冒沒去體驗，但對這類設施感興趣的可以提前安排。
酒店接入了國外預訂平台，入住的外國客人比例挺高，氛圍倒是蠻國際化的。另外一個小提示：洗衣房的設備是普通家用洗衣機，晚上人特別多，等待時間會比較長，建議儘量避開高峯。
大堂環境不錯，早上氣氛也很好，衹是我沒吃早餐。周邊生活也方便，樓下左轉約300米就有葯店；樓下還有米線、小吃店，肉夾饃很好吃，我連續兩天都去吃。 總體來説對得起這個價格

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.
We took a 2 bedroom layout and its spacious for a family of 4.
1 room wise fitted with King size bedroom and the other is with 2 beds too.
The delivery of food was also convenient.
Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and Xi'an.

服務好，前台員工看起來都很年輕，但是解決問題很利索，基本上都能很快的解決，然後他們家玩具挺多的，有一個小積木台，然後還有一個海洋球的小童樂園，不大，但是夠小孩一個人玩，貓房沒約，問了需要提前半個小時預約，不確定時間就沒約，下次吧，有機會進去看看

帶娃入住家庭套房，全程體驗超貼心！酒店位置鬧中取靜，步行10分鐘可達景區入口，房間空間開闊，洗漱台還配有小童專用洗漱用品。最驚喜的是親子設施，小童遊樂區玩具齊全且定期消毒，工作人員都超有耐心，主動幫忙寄存行李、推薦親子遊玩路線，孩子玩得開心，家長也省心，已經推薦給身邊寶媽們！
