Hotel management has taken this matter seriously and has organized a comprehensive investigation and rectification by relevant departments. Regarding the specific issues you mentioned, we have addressed them one by one and made the following improvements: Regarding the room type, after checking in, when you expressed dissatisfaction with the room, the front desk staff offered to upgrade you to a suite, but you declined. Regarding the private bath screen door issue, it has been repaired, and the hotel will strengthen routine inspections and maintenance to ensure smooth opening and closing. Regarding the remote location of the room and the noise from the hot springs, we have installed additional signage and lighting. Regarding breakfast service, we have conducted rigorous training for our catering team, requiring them to be more patient and attentive to ensure speed and quality. We have also optimized the breakfast preparation process and increased the number of staff to prevent delays in serving food due to group dining. To address issues with slow front desk answering and unclear explanations, we have strengthened front desk staff training, requiring calls to be answered within three rings and standardizing service language to ensure accurate and clear responses to guest questions. Regarding the issue of unreplenished fruit in rooms, we have refined our service procedures and require housekeepers to check room settings immediately upon check-in to ensure welcome fruit, complimentary drinks, and other amenities are readily available. The volume of the announcements in the hot spring area has been adjusted to an appropriate level, and the broadcast times and content have been optimized to avoid disruption to the guest rooms. To address the disruption caused by group check-ins, we will strengthen our group reception plan, coordinate with travel agencies in advance, arrange check-in times, and deploy additional staff to provide on-site guidance to ensure orderly service. We understand that hardware deficiencies can be addressed through improvements, but warmth in service requires dedication. This incident exposed shortcomings in our service details and team management. We will take this as an opportunity to comprehensively strengthen staff service awareness and skills training, optimize service processes, and improve service efficiency, striving to provide every guest with a more professional, attentive, and comfortable stay.
