房間非常乾淨整潔，床鋪也很舒適，讓人感覺很放鬆。老闆娘熱情周到，讓我感到很受歡迎。酒店的位置也很好，交通便利，附近就是地鐵口。裏面還帶有小冰箱，一次性洗臉巾一次性浴巾非常不錯，有啥問題直接反應也能立馬解決。總之，我非常喜歡這家酒店，強烈推薦！還有那個小沙發，我特別喜歡，坐着挺舒服的

호텔 체크인을 하기위해서는 1층 출입구를 잘 찿아야한다.
1층 출입구 바로 위에 "13" 이 표시된 곳에서 엘리베이터를 타고 27층으로 이동하여, 2738호로 가서 체크인을 하면된다.
호텔 주소에 표기된 숫자는 13호동 27층 38호를 의미하는 것이다.
시설 상태, 청결한 수준, 소음 수준 모두 만족했으며, 이 호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 순환선인 지하철 8호선의 "韩森寨" 역 B출구와 가깝다는 것이다.
호텔 직원은 친절하고, 요청사항에 응답과 지원이 무척 빨랐다.
다음번에 시안을 방문하게되면, 다시 묵고 싶을 정도로 만족도가 높은 곳이다.

性價比算是可以，房間與圖片一致。洗手池不太方便水龍頭離牆太近並且在左側。其實平時都用淋浴用不上幾次，因為空間關係衹能這麼設計。地漏有味道出來自己找東西鋪在上面就好了。其他都挺好，樓下吃的不少

早上退房的時候硬敲門把人弄醒然後我們説收拾一下馬上走，人説那行她就站門口等着，後面一直在催，我想着要不就續上一個鍾就稍微不急了，結果保潔傳達的是我們要續一天房給前台嚇得因為房子已經出去了早上退房體驗很不好
