We were immediately met by the lovely housekeeper Xiaowon, who was very kind and helpful in getting us organised with sims and wifi in China. She helped us with taxi's and WeChat too. And gave my husband a birthday cake for his special day. The rooms were large and light filled, with plenty of facilities, comfortable beds, quiet, and stylish newly renovated design. It was just a 5 minute walk to the South gate of the city wall, with great cafe next door, and convenience store in the building. Security was great. Loved our stay in Xi'An.

還不錯，酒店房間環境很好，很乾凈，管家超級暖心，整體溝通非常愉快，真正感受到了賓至如歸的感覺！房間也是細節滿滿，有防撞貼和雨傘。總之，不管服務和環境都挺滿意，下次還住這裏

入住的時候地板還是濕的 能感覺到阿姨剛打掃過，插座充電器插上去很容易掉，半夜起來不小心摸到床邊被隱形的插座漏電被電了兩次

衞生不太好衞生間有頭髮 明明看的新店開業但裏面設施都很陳舊洗手盆是壞的看起來臟臟的 屋子空調不好用 吹了半小時還是很冷 後面聯繫店主給送的電暖氣 店主人很好 有問題及時溝通處理 但是民宿衞生管理和設施完善還是有待加強
