環境沒得説，但是服務太差！
住酒店住到氣的人心臟疼。
1. 床比我命都硬，我問能不能加被子，管家告訴我加被子399
2. 11:30就開始催我退房，結果我退完房取車的時候，車還沒給我開過來，管家還問我能不能自己走去停車場開車？exm，住宿的地方離停車場差不多有1公里，還全是石子路，我們還拉着行李箱，我請問是怎麼問出口的？
現在明白了，人家這地方，不是讓我們享受來的。每個服務員的態度就是愛住住，不愛住拉到，反正他們也不靠住宿盈利。

非常滿意！整個園區太美了～唐風拍照也很好看！房間乾淨，早餐非常豐富！服務很貼心！就是停車場到房間都是石頭路，拉箱子不太好走！但完全不影響入住的心情💕

臨時在攜程上搜到的酒店，結果很有驚喜。環境別緻，樹木繁多，日式園林山水，簡潔乾淨。最驚喜的是四處盛開的牡丹，迷醉了眼！

一個小眾奢華級別的温泉民宿，特別適合喜歡安靜對品質有要求的人。
優點：1.環境一級棒，每個房間獨享一大片園林景觀，整個酒店像個小公園但是沒有嘈雜的人聲；對面就是終南山。
2.設施也很不錯，每個房間都有外部私湯温泉，而且可以循環放水，不像有些酒店衹能放一次水，池子也比較乾淨。
3.早餐不錯，有中式日式可選，材料新鮮做的也精緻。

缺點也很明顯：1.不適合長者和行動不便的人，園裡的路台階很多，輪椅寸步難行，帶大件行李也很費勁；日式塌塌米房間對體重稍大的人起身很不方便。
2.部分細節有待提高，房間內上下床有部分稜角，稍微不注意就會被碰到劃傷；沐浴液洗髮液洗手液的瓶子設計真是**，出液棒插在瓶子上按壓用點力就會掉。
3.酒店的餐飲主打高端路線，價格稍高。
